Job Description :
- Minimum 5 years on experience in Kronos as application developer or engineer
- Understands end to end HR processes from Hire to time capture to payroll.
- Has written multiple WIM interfaces involving integrating employee data from PeopleSoft or any other HR application with Kronos (Person Import) and also writing outbound integration from scratch for integrating time data from Kronos to payroll vendors (Pay Extracts) like ADP, Ceredian etc.
- Very good understanding of database tables used by Kronos and their inter-relationships.
- Candidate should possess strong SQL skills with writing complex SQLs,materialized views, high performance queries.
- Candidate should have experience in performance tuning of the SQLs, PL/SQLs using indexes, hints, partitioning and any other Oracle tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently with on-site coordinator.
Good to have:
- Good understanding of pay policies, accrual policies, work rules, break rules, rounding rules and related kronos building blocks.
- Hands-on experience with writing simple genies, hyperfinds and complex SSRS reports.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft or Workday, ADP etc is added advantage.
- The candidate will have an opportunity to travel onsite for short term requirements
